If replacement parts are required costs will always be advised for your acceptance before carrying out the repair. If we advise that your broken garage door is beyond economic repair and you would prefer a new replacement door, then we can provide a quote for this for your consideration. Our Engineers keep many spare parts on their vans so are often able to repair your door during the original call out visit. If new parts need to be obtained, then the cost of the original call out charge is taken off the final total repair cost.
